Privacy policy

This policy describes how Vitae Résidences SA processes your personal data in the context of the website of the Résidence du Parc des Crêts, in compliance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where it applies.

Data collected

We only collect the data you voluntarily provide to us through the visit request form: title, first name, last name, e-mail address, phone number, postal address, and, where applicable, your preferences (apartment type, number of people, indicative budget) and your message. No sensitive data is requested.

Purposes and legal basis

This data is used exclusively to process your visit request and to contact you back. The legal basis is your consent, collected via the form’s checkbox. We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing and we do not sell it.

Recipients

Your data is transmitted to the sales team of Vitae Résidences SA in charge of visits. It is delivered by e-mail via our host Infomaniak (Switzerland). No transfer is made outside of this scope.

Retention period

Your data is kept for as long as necessary to process your request, then archived or deleted in accordance with our legal obligations. Precise duration to be confirmed (e.g. 24 months).

Your rights

In accordance with the nFADP and the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and port your data, as well as the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Cookies and third-party services

With your consent only, this website uses Google Analytics 4, an audience-measurement tool provided by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), which may transfer certain data to Google LLC in the United States. It helps us understand how the site is used (pages viewed, where visits come from) so we can improve it. No measurement cookie is set and no Google script is loaded until you click "Accept" in the cookie choice window; if you decline, nothing is loaded.

Your choice (acceptance or refusal) is stored for six months in a first-party cookie, after which you will be asked again. You can change your mind at any time via the "Manage cookies" link at the bottom of every page. Local technical storage (sessionStorage) is also used, only to avoid displaying the "profile" questionnaire several times per session.

The Contact page embeds a Google Maps map: when it loads, Google may set cookies and collect data according to its own privacy policy. Our host Infomaniak also processes technical logs (IP address, timestamp) for security and proper operation purposes.
